Hello,

I am a foreigner very interested in American politics and reality. I have to admit that every day I get to understand a bit more of the intricacies of this fascinating but sometimes puzzling place. Some forms of irony still remain a bit hard for me to grasp however and a little help will be welcome. :) I know the Roe vs. Wade refers to the law that authorized abortion. but I am not sure how it links with the joke on Louisiana. Sorry for asking but I have been reading it in several places. Thanks!
