Dynamic Stretching
Interesting article from the New York Times about the new scientific consensus on stretching before exercise. The old static stretching is out, and dynamic stretching, or moving stretching, is in. Stop touching your toes and start crabwalking! There's a video embedded on the left side of the article demonstrating the new stretches.
