El Shrubbo del Estupido believes that Iraqis are all celebrating in a land of prosperous peace, and that only a few "turrists" are darkening the wonderful lives the people enjoy in the new Iraq.
Not to mention Tim Johnson's troubles, of course. El Shrubbo would certainly get a little smirk out of the Senate changing hands...
